In the workshop, Brian will discuss the nutritional benefits of juicing, various types of equipment needed and how to source the ingredients. Sample of fresh juices will be available.

Fresh juice retains many of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients of the whole fruit or vegetable. These nutrients are delivered in a very fast and effective method and the end result is that they are readily available to help protect cells against damage. The workshop is for anyone who feels like they need a “quick boost” toward a healthy lifestyle.

The cost is $35 per person and includes a healthy tasting menu of organic juices, handouts with information on tools and recipes, an 8-ounce glass of organic lemon water, a 2-ounce shot of organic wheatgrass, an 8-ounce glass of organic green sprout juice, along with various VitaMix® blended green and fruit smoothies to cool off with. Seating is limited and registration by Friday, July 15 is necessary to allow for ample time to source and prepare all fresh, mostly organic ingredients.

To register, call the Vista Natural Wellness Center at 201-644-0840 or e-mail customerservice@vistanaturalwellness.com.
